What do you get when you take an Auburn girl and add her to an office with with a die-hard UGA fan and two Alabama grads? A very interesting SEC football season at RPS now that we’ve added Candra to the team! As a mom of two boys, Candra knows life can get crazy but she takes it all in stride with a super chill attitude, which comes in handy in her role as Account Coordinator as she makes sure projects get up and running smoothly. Outside of the office, Candra is all about family and exercise, and loves being outdoors, either jet skiing on Norris Lake, TN or crabbing at Folly Beach, SC. She’s also a lover of red wine, so if you’re looking to try something new she’s happy to offer a recommendation.

Amanda Sutt is the CEO and Creative Director at Rock Paper Scissors. She joined the company in 2005 after graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University. Amanda began as a Project Manager and quickly moved up the ranks, becoming an integral part of the RPS team. Prior to assuming the role of CEO and Creative Director, Amanda held the role of Account Executive and Art Director. In her current position, Amanda oversees the vision and direction of the company, as well as working with her team to develop brands that connect with their clients’ audiences and marketing solutions that help their clients grow their businesses.

Amanda is also a former certified EMyth Business Coach. Having gone through a year of coaching with the EMyth program herself, Amanda knows the value of having an individual outside of the company to discuss challenges and successes with and bounce ideas off of. The coaching she received helped RPS work through the challenges of the economic recession of the late 2000s, and Amanda realized that she wanted to help others work through the challenges that business owners face, leading her to become a coach with EMyth.

In addition to her commitment to RPS and her clients, Amanda is actively involved in a number of professional and civic organizations such as the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Gwinnett, and Rotary Club of Lawrenceville, among others. Through these organizations, Amanda enjoys helping other businesses grow and supporting the community in which she lives and works.

Amanda and her husband live in Gwinnett County with their young daughter and two dogs. They enjoy spending time by the lake, hiking, traveling, and running 5K races with the RPS team.
